Services

For leaders stepping up into larger leadership roles, leading organisational change or seeking to maximise their impact while maintaining sustainable performance.

The senior leaders I encounter are typically stretched and don’t have the time or headspace to take a step back and look differently and kindly upon their world, in order to move forwards.

They may have been promoted, or encouraged to ‘step up’, needing a different mindset, approach or skills, and confidence. Perhaps they are stuck in the same repeating pattern, maybe they need a confidential thinking partner to problem-solve with, or indeed all of the above.

In the coaching room, we create the time to look more objectively at the task ahead. We gain new perspectives, making sense of what you experience and have some honest but also kind conversations, encouraging you to tap into resources you are not paying attention to, and to consider not just what you are doing with your teams but importantly, how you are doing it and what impact it’s having.

The coaching is practical, relevant to organisational life and grounded in evidence-based practice.

A typical programme is 8 sessions but engagements are designed with you and your organisation in mind, held in person, online or on the move.

Executive coaching for senior leaders

Leadership & team development isn’t there to tell you what you do know, there are there to highlight what you don’t.

Our sessions promote new ways of addressing ‘stuckness’ and complexity, creating an environment to find fresh perspectives on old problems or exciting new propositions. Leaning on systemic constellations and team coaching principles, we look at the dynamics that emerge between leaders, those which are to be valued and those that are getting in the way.

This isn’t training, it’s flexing the reflexive muscle, looking at yourselves with honesty and humility, designed & delivered to be engaging, practical & relevant, bespoke to your organisation.

Leadership & team development

In supervision, coaches are invited into a safe space to reflect on their work and stretch their coaching practice in service of the client, their system and the coach themselves. Whether coaches need a place to restore, to be challenged and develop, or to look in the ethical mirror, supervision balances these different needs.

Sessions are offered online, and a 4 session commitment is recommended.

Coach supervision

Caroline Duncan, Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor

I have over 20 years’ commercial experience and more than 15 years coaching senior leaders across a range of sectors. I typically work with clients who are stepping into larger leadership roles, leading organisational change or seeking to maximise their impact while maintaining sustainable performance.

Before becoming a full-time coach, I built my career in finance, strategy and HR with KPMG, Hilton and Diageo, giving me first-hand experience of leading within complex, fast-moving organisations. Today I coach senior leaders across sectors including data, financial services, retail and life sciences, helping clients build confidence, navigate change and lead high-performing teams.

I have particular expertise in leadership transitions, executive impact and supporting leaders to balance performance with wellbeing. Living in a busy neurodivergent household and conducting PhD research into autism and leadership, I brings this knowledge and empathy to coaching neurodivergent leaders and leaders who focus on positive impact for inclusive and diverse teams.

Clients value my calm, thoughtful style and ability to combine commercial understanding with constructive challenge, all delivered with compassion. My coaching enables leaders to build confidence, strengthen relationships and achieve lasting impact in their organisations.

Beyond coaching and my PhD, life is full of family, the arts, and the outdoors.

“The development programme has now become an integral part of an individual’s Personal Development Plan. It is highly valued by both by the participants who unanimously feel that is has helped them progress personally and better able to manage themselves, both inside and outside work. From the businesses perspective, it means that we develop stronger managers as a result and this directly benefits the efficiency and cohesion within the business.”

  • VP - Global HR, Technology

"Caroline ran a leadership programme on site for us. We were extremely impressed with Caroline’s coaching style, supportive facilitation and professionalism throughout. She was able to effectively manage a large group of mixed nationalities exceptionally well and was able to adapt the content as required throughout the programme to suit the delegates’ needs. All the planned learning outcomes (and more!) were achieved and we received excellent feedback from all delegates. I would highly recommend Caroline as a leadership facilitator and coach."

  • Partner, Employment Law Practice

"Caroline is such a force for good, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I sought some coaching because whilst the professional side of life was going great, there were times when I struggled with the personal - and in particular, juggling the two. Caroline’s insightful, calm approach helped me to identify the key issue that I needed to work on and gave me the tools I needed to do just that. Although I am a work in progress still, I feel like a different (and much better) person than this time 12 months ago, thanks to the work Caroline and I have done together. The impact this has had not just for me but for my family (and by extension, for my career) has been profound. Thank you!

  • Head of editorial and production, Publishing

"Caroline is a great coach. The rewards are obvious, and I’ll miss our sessions, having learned so much. I find her easy to engage with and very attentive; she is great at facilitating thoughts and guiding towards resolutions, drawing on really tangible and varied resources to match level of engagement. She is direct and honest in a constructive and gentle way, and gives a huge amount to her role. Thank you, Caroline!"

  • Regulatory director, Pharmaceuticals

"I contacted Caroline when I came to a crossroads in my career....Seeing things from an objective point of view brought in a different perspective in for me. Caroline’s guidance has inspired and empowered me to make clear career choices. Caroline is professional, trustworthy and friendly in her approach to coaching. I would highly recommend Caroline to all."

  • Sales director, Financial services

"I have worked with Caroline for over a year now and can thoroughly recommend her. Her down to earth but considered approach to coaching and training combined with real world commercial business experience is most effective."

  • HRD, Consumer Goods

“Caroline cares about what she does and this is a huge benefit to all who work with her. This caring leads to high quality outputs delivered with integrity.”

  • Executive Coach, Supervision client

“Caroline’s professional supervision of my coaching practice has been a great asset these last 12 months. She has really helped me appreciate the value of investing (both money and time) in high quality 121 supervision. Using her deep study of the subject, she has helped me explore much broader systemic perspectives around my clients, challenging how I structure and approach my work, as well as bringing a strong focus on ethics and client interests. Supervision is now a ‘must have’ rather than ‘occasional extra’ to my work.”
