Theory and experiential activities and reflection. Developed using Jennifer Garvey Berger’s ‘Unlocking Leadership Mindtraps’.
National Charity Team Day
Team building day for the policy and communications team of a national charity. Following a period of change within the organisation, the objective was to build team cohesion and purpose in preparation for a forthcoming strategy setting workshop. Discussions included values, culture and resources.

Topics covered included defining ‘great’, relationships and connection, coaching, feedback, managing conflict and delegation. Experiential sessions, with individual and group reflection and commitments. Following the two days, the cohort continued to meet monthly to share their management experiences.
